About the Rightel Project
Rightel is one of the mobile operators established in Iran in 2010. The company was launched with the aim of enhancing high-speed and stable internet services for customers. As one of the mobile operators in Iran, Rightel, like other operators, needed to incorporate new features and essential services for its customers.
Challenge
In this branding project, our challenge was to create a brand that customers would recognize as a representative of innovation and technological advancements in this field, such as 3G and 4G services and other modern technologies that enhance user experience. Additionally, Rightel customers sought comprehensive and robust coverage in various areas, particularly in urban and rural regions. Furthermore, brand credibility held special significance for customers, who desired a brand that they could trust .
Solution
After conducting market research and identifying customer needs, we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of existing competitors such as Irancell and Hamrahe Aval. Following this research, we discovered that customers expected high-quality voice and internet services without interruptions, and that communication services should be provided with extensive coverage, including remote areas. Another solution we proposed for Rightel was to offer a variety of services to customers; in addition to mobile services, we introduced diverse internet packages and additional services such as VoIP and SMS.
By strengthening the customer support team, providing necessary training, and increasing the number of representatives during peak times, as well as utilizing modern technologies such as the implementation of AI chatbots to address frequently asked questions and reduce wait times, Rightel was able to respond swiftly to customer needs and maintain its position in the market among competitors.
