About the Helios Pharmed Company Project 

Helios Pharmaceutical Companies sought to leverage new technologies and innovations in their processes and products for growth and development, facing specific challenges in product development. To achieve growth and advancement, the company needed to enhance its capability in managing challenges and effectively capitalize on opportunities. 

Our Challenge

The challenge we faced for this project was that, due to a flexible organizational structure, the company was unable to respond swiftly to market changes and customer needs, necessitating the rapid optimization of business models, products, and processes. Helios Pharmed Company also required networking, public relations, and product and market diversification. 

Our Solution

The branding team initiated activities for Helios by identifying various markets and their specific needs to develop suitable products. By analyzing community health needs and issues to identify opportunities, we began marketing and selling through the introduction of new products, the development of the product portfolio, and product diversification. 

Through the development of the organizational structure and processes of Helios’s marketing unit, which included optimizing the management structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and implementing effective marketing processes, we identified and designed key processes such as market research, campaign development, data collection, and result analysis. 

Additionally, by conducting training sessions for the marketing team to update skills and knowledge and promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and effective interactions between sales and marketing representatives, we achieved a higher market share and sales. The branding team, in collaboration with business development consultants, was able to combine industry knowledge and business skills to help Helios Pharmed Company discover a new path for growth and competitive advantage.
